Nikki McClure is not only one of our favorite illustrators, she is also a treasure of the Pacific Northwest!    We have been huge fans of her papercut art (the technique which she masterminded in sunny Olympia!) since she began making calendars and books several years ago. 

Naturally we were over the moon with the publication of her first children's book, ALL IN A DAY, by Cyntia Rylant.  (see below.)

Now we find ourselves doubly over the moon, with the publication of the first children's book written AND illustrated by Nikki McClure.  And it is a beauty! (click the link below to read all about the book)

It’s a super special storytime, because every month the reader is either an author or illustrator, who made the books being read!

*Also, the first definition @ dictionary.com of Ultimate is: last.  So that's why we have it every last Tuesday!

What could be more ULTIMATE than that?
